What is the Wellness Works Initiative?

As a part of National Wellness Week, the National Empowerment Center together with the National Coalition for Mental Health Recovery and the consumer-run and consumer-supporter Technical Assistance Centers -- the National Mental Health Consumers' Self-Help Clearinghouse, PeerLink, the Cafe TA Center, and the NAMI STAR Center -- invited you to submit pieces of original creative work expressing what wellness means in your lived and for your communities.  Please take the time now to browse all the accepted works: your submissions are helping to raise public awareness about the importance of embracing a wellness-based perspective, in mental health services as well as in our communities at large.
